Salesforce is releasing Einstein GPT, which will bring auto-generated AI content directly within the Salesforce platform, with use cases ranging from Slack to sales, service, marketing, commerce, and app builders. This is the world’s most powerful, intelligent, and generative CRM, increasing employee productivity and improving customer experiences.
Einstein GPT mixes public and private AI models with CRM data so that users may directly ask natural-language prompts (i.e., conversational queries) within Salesforce CRM. The result? AI-generated content that continuously adjusts to changing client information and saves user’s significant time.
What do we mean when we talk about public and private AI models? Einstein GPT contains:
- Salesforce’s private AI models: These are the models produced by Salesforce and used by customers to use features from the Einstein technology layer.
